Sales & Operations Coordinator (Moving Industry)

Job Overview

Our client is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales & Operations Coordinator to support a growing moving services business in Canada. This role is responsible for handling inbound leads, preparing quotations, following up with prospects, booking jobs for moving crews, and supporting day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident on the phone, and experienced in customer service, sales coordination, or appointment setting. You will serve as one of the main points of contact for incoming leads generated through Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

Schedule

  • Tuesday - Sunday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST/PST (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries from prospective moving clients
  • Prepare and provide moving quotations based on customer requirements
  • Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and messages to convert leads into confirmed bookings
  • Coordinate and schedule moving jobs for the crew calendar
  • Manage incoming leads generated from Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Handle email management, calendar coordination, and appointment scheduling
  • Maintain organized records of leads, bookings, customer details, and follow-ups
  • Support general administrative tasks including file management and customer communication
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships throughout the booking process
  • Escalate urgent scheduling or operational issues to management when necessary

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, appointment setting, or administrative coordination
  • Professional English communication skills for international business calls.
  • Ability to handle quotations, follow-ups, and customer objections effectively
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, email platforms, calendars, and spreadsheets
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Experience in moving, logistics, home services, or trades industry is a plus
