Job Description:
We are a full-service marketing agency working with restaurants, hotels, med spas, fitness studios, and hospitality groups across the U.S. We're hiring a part-time BDR to own our cold outbound sales pipeline — sourcing prospects, running multi-touch email outreach, qualifying inbound replies, and either closing lower-tier offers yourself or handing higher-tier prospects to the founder.

Your KPI is closed clients. You earn commission on every deal that closes from your outreach, whether you close it or the founder does. 

Key Responsibilities:
● Source and research qualified leads daily across our target markets and verticals
● Manage the cold outbound email pipeline from first touch through reply
● Qualify and vet inbound responses before handing off or booking discovery calls
● Run discovery calls for lower-tier offers; coordinate handoff calls to the founder for higher-tier deals
● Maintain a clean, accurate sales pipeline in Notion
● Track every closed deal in the commission tracker

Requirements:
● 1+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in an SDR or BDR role
● Strong written English, with the ability to write personalized cold outreach that doesn't sound templated
● Comfortable with manual lead research and email verification
● Detail-oriented and organized — accuracy matters in everything from stats cited in outreach to pipeline hygiene
● Proficient with Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Meet, and Notion 
● Self-directed; comfortable managing your own time across a part-time shift
● Available Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Pacific Time
● Bonus: experience selling marketing or agency services, or prior work with hospitality, restaurant, med spa, or fitness brands
