About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our property management operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing guest communications, implementing access solutions, and coordinating maintenance scheduling across our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to guest inquiries through our property management platform
- Create and implement QR codes for guest access to properties
- Schedule and coordinate work orders and maintenance requests
- Maintain organized communication logs and documentation
- Ensure timely follow-up on all guest and operational requests
