Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for rental properties
  • Ensure proper classification of income and expenses
  • Reconcile accounts and verify financial data
  • Generate financial reports as needed
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
