Job Overview
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Property Management Operations Coordinator to support daily back-office operations for a growing property management business. This role will focus on data entry, document organization, system updates, and workflow support to ensure operational efficiency during an ongoing software transition.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable learning new systems quickly. This position requires someone who can work independently, maintain accuracy while handling repetitive tasks, and take ownership of assigned administrative projects with minimal supervision.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 09:00 AM - 03:40 PM EST (20 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter invoice data into the company’s property management system
- Set up and maintain organized Google Drive folders for newly onboarded property owners
- Ensure owner documents and records are saved in the correct digital locations
- Support data migration and implementation efforts during the company’s software transition
- Assist in building and maintaining workflow automations to improve operational efficiency
- Perform general administrative and back-office support tasks as needed
- Maintain organized digital records and documentation across systems
- Help reduce operational bottlenecks through efficient administrative support
Requirements
- Strong data entry skills with close attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with Slack and workflow automation tools
- Ability to quickly learn new software platforms and systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Professional written English communication skills
- Previous administrative or operations support experience is preferred
