The client is a global leader in signs, graphics, and visual communications, providing businesses with
custom signage solutions including storefront signs, banners, vehicle wraps, wall graphics, directional signage, and promotional displays. Client's company works closely with local businesses to deliver high-quality signage projects from concept through installation.

Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organized Customer Service Representative (Voice) to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers calling about signage inquiries, quotes, project updates, installations, and general support. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple conversations and administrative tasks in a fast-paced  environment.

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Mon - Fri, 8AM - 5PM EDT, 1 hour unpaid break in between

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with processing simple repeat orders such as yard signs, banners, decals, and other standard signage products
• Coordinate with vendors, production staff, and customers to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
Provide customers with order updates, delivery information, and follow-up support to ensure a positive experience
Identify customer reorder opportunities, recommend additional signage solutions, and proactively reach out regarding replacement signage, seasonal promotions, and recurring business needs
Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner

• Assist customers with product information, pricing, timelines, and order status updates
• Schedule consultations, site visits, installations, and follow-up calls
• Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams regarding customer requests and project progress
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism
• Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and order details in CRM or internal systems
• Follow up with leads and existing customers regarding quotes and pending projects
• Support administrative tasks including email correspondence, data entry, and document preparation
• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the entire project lifecycle

Qualifications
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, receptionist, or voice support roles
• Strong verbal English communication skills with a  professional phone presence
• Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar tools
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

• Experience in signage, printing, construction, design, or related industries is a plus but not
required

Preferred Skills
• Experience handling B2B customers
• Ability to understand project timelines and coordinate across teams
• Sales or upselling experience is an advantage
• Familiarity with quoting or order management processes
