Job Title: Real Estate Sales & Outreach Virtual Assistant
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and sales-driven Real Estate Virtual Assistant primarily focused on lead outreach, appointment setting, and client follow-up. This role is heavily centered around real estate sales support and requires someone confident in outbound communication, nurturing leads, and driving engagement.
In addition to sales outreach, the role will also provide light administrative and social media support, including posting pre-made content, responding to inquiries, and maintaining organized tracking systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls and SMS outreach to warm inbound leads and booked appointments
- Perform high-volume cold calling and lead follow-up to generate new client opportunities
- Qualify leads, confirm appointments, and maintain consistent pipeline communication
- Respond to inbound inquiries across phone, text, email, and social media channels
- Support housing searches and basic property research for buyer clients
- Post pre-made social media content (Canva graphics, listings, announcements, etc.)
- Respond to comments, messages, and social media engagement professionally
- Track, update, and log lead activity, outreach results, and client notes within spreadsheets or CRM systems
- Maintain organized records of receipts, expenses, and administrative tracking tasks
- Assist with light transaction coordination and administrative support as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales, lead generation, cold calling, or appointment setting REQUIRED
- Previous real estate virtual assistant experience strongly preferred
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and high-volume follow-up activities
- Experience using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and lead tracking tools
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content posting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and shift priorities throughout the day
- Self-motivated with strong persistence and follow-through
Scope
- Full-time role (35 hours per week)
- Primary focus on real estate outreach, sales follow-up, and appointment setting
- Secondary support with social media posting, client communication, and administrative tasks
- Flexible schedule within the client’s operating hours (8 AM–8 PM Eastern Time)
- Monday through Friday work schedule
