Job Overview
As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content for digital marketing campaigns, e-commerce initiatives, and social media platforms.
You will collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to transform raw footage into compelling visual stories that align with the company’s brand identity and marketing goals. The role requires strong technical editing skills, creative storytelling ability, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Work Schedule: 40hrs per week, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm | Australian Eastern Time
Responsibilities:
Video Editing & Post-Production
- Edit high-quality video content using Adobe Premiere Pro
- Manage the full post-production workflow from raw footage to final delivery
- Optimize video assets for multiple digital platforms and marketing channels
- Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and creative direction
Content Management & Collaboration
- Source and manage footage using Frame to streamline production workflows
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams on campaign objectives and content strategy
- Organize project files and maintain efficient editing workflows across multiple projects
Creative Storytelling & Brand Growth
- Create engaging visual content designed to support e-commerce growth and customer engagement
- Adapt video content for social media, advertising campaigns, and retail-focused initiatives
- Contribute creative ideas and visual concepts to improve campaign performance and storytelling quality
Requirements
- 2–5 years of professional video editing experience
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Familiarity with Frame or similar collaboration and footage management platforms
- Strong creative storytelling and visual communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and brand consistency awareness
- Ability to work consistently during Australian business hours
Preferred:
- Experience editing content for e-commerce, retail, or direct-to-consumer brands
- Familiarity with social media video formats and performance-focused creative content
