Schedule

  • Mon - Fri 8am-5pm EST (possible weekend as well since monday and friday are slow days)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to medical practices for lead generation.
  • Identify and target potential B2B leads within the healthcare sector.
  • Pitch remote patient monitoring services to key decision-makers.
  • Qualify prospects to build a robust sales pipeline for revenue growth.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments and demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls and prospect feedback in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales cold calling or lead generation.
  • Strong background or experience working in the healthcare industry.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain resilience during high-volume outreach.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and VOIP dialing platforms.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Directly support the expansion of our AI health ecosystem.
  • Focus on medical practices across the Florida region and beyond.
  • Execute outbound strategies to drive adoption of remote monitoring solutions.
  • Collaborate with the global hiring team to ensure candidate quality.
  • Maintain a 90-day performance probation period to guarantee success.
  • Help achieve business goals through consistent revenue-generating activities.
