Join a dynamic and growing dental practice group led by an entrepreneurial dentist who is expanding their healthcare footprint across multiple ventures. We’re seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to build and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple dental practice brands, offering the perfect part-time opportunity to make a significant impact in the healthcare industry. Working directly with the practice owner, you will have the autonomy to implement your creative vision and transform raw media into polished content that connects with patients and drives measurable results.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day flexible within Eastern business hours
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for multiple dental practice accounts
- Create engaging, original content using graphic design platforms and professional tools
- Transform raw photos and videos provided by the client into polished, professional final content
- Execute strategic social media campaigns and maintain consistent posting schedules across all platforms
- Monitor performance metrics and analyze social media analytics to track success and engagement
- Make data-driven adjustments and optimizations based on performance results and industry best practices
- Manage social media presence across three distinct properties including established practices and new launch initiatives
- Collaborate directly with the practice owner to ensure brand alignment and strategic objectives
Requirements
- Proven track record in social media management and digital marketing strategy development
- Advanced proficiency in graphic design platforms and content creation tools (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using social media analytics and reporting platforms
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Expertise in photo and video editing software and content production workflows
- Deep understanding of social media best practices across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
- Self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a remote work environment
- Experience in healthcare or professional services social media marketing preferred
- Creative mindset with ability to translate complex healthcare concepts into engaging social content
