Job Overview

Our client is looking for an experienced Talent Sourcing Specialist to join their team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). This role is ideal for someone with previous recruitment experience, preferably within a recruitment agency environment, who is confident in sourcing candidates, screening talent, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.

The successful candidate may come from either a Recruitment Consultant background and will play a key role in identifying high-quality candidates across various roles and industries.

Schedule

• Flexible between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST (20 work hours per week) 

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate candidate records, trackers, and job postings
• Support recruitment consultants and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency environment
• Experience as either a Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Resourcer
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently. 
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, Indeed, or similar tools is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or applicant tracking systems (ATS)
