YOUR ROLE: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Responsibilities:
- Qualify inbound Handyman Connection inquiries from web forms, emails, and local listing platforms.
- Run outbound campaigns targeting property management firms, real estate agencies, and local businesses.
- Estimate scope using standard price matrices and schedule appointments into the team’s booking calendar.
- Follow up consistently on unconfirmed estimates and past clients to drive repeat business.
- Update job notes and maintain clean client histories within the CRM or dispatch software.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound lead generation, appointment setting, or trade service sales.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with strong relational abilities.
- Comfort navigating service dispatch platforms or CRM tools (e.g., Jobber, Housecall Pro).
- Resilient mindset with a proactive approach to pipeline management and phone/email outreach.
