YOUR ROLE: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify inbound Handyman Connection inquiries from web forms, emails, and local listing platforms.
  • Run outbound campaigns targeting property management firms, real estate agencies, and local businesses.
  • Estimate scope using standard price matrices and schedule appointments into the team’s booking calendar.
  • Follow up consistently on unconfirmed estimates and past clients to drive repeat business.
  • Update job notes and maintain clean client histories within the CRM or dispatch software.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outbound lead generation, appointment setting, or trade service sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with strong relational abilities.
  • Comfort navigating service dispatch platforms or CRM tools (e.g., Jobber, Housecall Pro).
  • Resilient mindset with a proactive approach to pipeline management and phone/email outreach.

Scope:

  • This role serves as the dedicated sales engine for your handyman operations, bridging the gap between initial customer interest and confirmed, dispatched jobs to drive revenue growth.
