Work Schedule: 20hrs per week, 9am to 1pm | Eastern Time
Responsibilities:
- Cold call aged leads regarding final expense insurance inquiries.
- Overcome initial objections from seniors who may have forgotten their inquiry.
- Qualify prospects using discovery questions and verification of date of birth.
- Provide accurate monthly premium quotes based on eligibility.
- Execute live transfers to licensed agents for closing.
- Maintain consistent call volume and update CRM notes accurately.
Requirements:
- High level of tonality control to sound authoritative and trustworthy.
- Strong conversational skills to build rapport beyond a script.
- Coachability and ability to adapt to new sales rebuttals quickly.
- Resilience and persistence when handling cold outbound dialing.
- Reliable workspace with high-speed internet for VOIP stability.
