Outbound Sales Agent

Work Schedule: 20hrs per week, 9am to 1pm | Eastern Time

Responsibilities:

  • Cold call aged leads regarding final expense insurance inquiries.
  • Overcome initial objections from seniors who may have forgotten their inquiry.
  • Qualify prospects using discovery questions and verification of date of birth.
  • Provide accurate monthly premium quotes based on eligibility.
  • Execute live transfers to licensed agents for closing.
  • Maintain consistent call volume and update CRM notes accurately.

Requirements:

  • High level of tonality control to sound authoritative and trustworthy.
  • Strong conversational skills to build rapport beyond a script.
  • Coachability and ability to adapt to new sales rebuttals quickly.
  • Resilience and persistence when handling cold outbound dialing.
  • Reliable workspace with high-speed internet for VOIP stability.
