Bilingual Outbound Sales Representative

Schedule:

  • Part-time (20 hours/week)
  • Monday to Friday
  • 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM CST

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective B2B clients
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the internal sales team
  • Introduce the company’s technology-related services professionally and confidently
  • Build rapport with prospects and handle objections effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, lead status, and follow-ups within the CRM
  • Utilize dialer systems and outbound sales tools efficiently
  • Participate in onboarding and ongoing training to learn company services and processes
  • Collaborate with the internal team to support outreach and campaign goals

Requirements

  • Previous experience in outbound cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting
  • Experience in B2B sales environments is highly preferred
  • Previous exposure to the technology or IT industry is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and phone dialers
  • Excellent verbal English communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and rapport-building abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and resilience in a high-volume outbound role
