Our client is looking for a professional to manage the end-to-end sales process by converting warm, qualified leads into successful property acquisitions. Beyond closing deals, you will actively expand the company’s reach by cultivating strategic partnerships with financial professionals and real estate networks across Australia. Client Overview
A growing Melbourne-based property investment company that specializes in house and land packages for savvy investors. They work with established referral networks and leverage social media to connect clients with high-quality investment opportunities. The company focuses on helping clients build wealth through strategic property acquisitions in Australia’s thriving real estate market.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM/10:00 AM - 4:00 PM/6:00 PM AEST (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Convert inbound leads from referral networks and social media into qualified opportunities, targeting at least a 30% conversion rate
- Conduct outbound calls to warm and cold prospects to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Qualify clients using a structured framework and coordinate introductions to Senior Mortgage Brokers or Property Specialists
- Identify and engage referral partners (e.g., accountants and financial planners) to book at least 5 weekly discovery meetings for the director
- Research and match house-and-land packages based on client investment goals and financial requirements, and present investment proposals
- Handle objections, maintain CRM records, and work toward KPIs including 1–2 closed sales per 20-hour work period
Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience in Australian real estate, property investment, or financial services, with strong high-volume phone sales results
- Strong English communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client and partner relationships
- Excellent objection handling, persistence, and confidence in both inbound and outbound sales activities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote, target-driven environment
- Strong research and analytical skills with basic marketing knowledge to support lead generation and property matching
- Highly organized with strong CRM management skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a growth and learning mindset
