Job Overview

Our client is seeking a creative, forward-thinking Brand Content & Social Media Producer to become the driving force behind their visual brand identity. In this role, you will go beyond traditional grid management to transform high-level marketing concepts, raw ideas, and webinar recordings into platform-optimized content that commands attention. This position is ideal for a multi-talented creator who pairs strategic storytelling with technical editing mastery to build audience trust, expand digital reach, and cultivate a deeply engaged online community.

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time [Woodland Hills, CA Time], with a 30-minute unpaid break (40 hours per week).

Responsibilities

  • Video Production & Editing: Edit highly engaging short-form video assets (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts) and produce cinematic, high-quality media content.
  • Content Repurposing: Extract value from long-form intellectual property—such as webinars, podcasts, and interviews—slicing them into bite-sized, high-retention social media clips.
  • Creative Asset Design: Design eye-catching motion graphics, craft compelling, high-converting captions, and build visual assets that maintain strict brand consistency.
  • Ecosystem Management: Own, plan, and schedule the multi-platform content calendar to ensure a highly consistent and predictable publishing output.
  • Platform Optimization: Maintain a deep understanding of changing algorithms, internet culture, and platform trends to optimize video formatting for maximum viewer retention and engagement.
  • Community Support: Monitor comments and feedback loops across all social channels to support organic community engagement and foster brand loyalty.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in video editing, social media content creation, or multimedia production. (Agency or in-house brand experience is preferred; applications with portfolios will be prioritized).
  • Technical Mastery: High proficiency in modern video editing suites (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) and graphic design systems (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop, Canva).
  • Platform-Native Instincts: A deep understanding of the mechanics behind Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, specifically knowing how to visually hook a viewer within the first 3 seconds.
  • Storytelling & Pacing: A natural knack for narrative structure, sound design, visual pacing, and modern direct-to-consumer marketing formats.
  • Speed & Agility: The ability to move quickly from a raw video file to a polished, platform-ready asset in a fast-paced environment without letting details slip.
