Role Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Founding Growth Marketer / Head of Growth to build and scale a complete growth engine from the ground up.

This is a senior-level role for someone who has already worked in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments and understands what it takes to drive pipeline, conversions, and revenue from day one. This is not a traditional marketing position. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, highly independent, data-driven, and capable of owning growth strategy and execution without constant direction.

You will be expected to think like an owner, identify opportunities proactively, launch initiatives independently, and continuously optimize performance across the full customer journey. The right candidate brings proven experience building scalable growth systems and can showcase measurable results through a strong portfolio of past work, campaigns, or case studies.

We are looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, takes accountability seriously, and understands how to balance strategy with hands-on execution.

 

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Build and execute multi-channel growth strategies focused on pipeline generation and revenue growth
  • Own the complete customer acquisition funnel from awareness to conversion and activation
  • Launch and optimize campaigns across paid, organic, outbound, email, SEO, LinkedIn, Meta, webinars, and other acquisition channels
  • Identify high-leverage growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives based on business impact
  • Develop and refine scalable acquisition and retention systems

Demand Generation & Performance Marketing

  • Generate qualified inbound and outbound pipeline through high-performing campaigns
  • Optimize landing pages, messaging, targeting, and conversion funnels
  • Monitor campaign performance, attribution, CAC, LTV, and conversion metrics
  • Run continuous growth experiments and rapidly iterate based on performance data
  • Create and implement marketing budgets and forecasting strategies

Marketing Operations & Automation

  • Build and manage CRM workflows, lead nurturing systems, automations, and reporting dashboards
  • Maintain accurate tracking and attribution across the marketing funnel
  • Improve operational efficiency through scalable processes and documentation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align growth initiatives with business objectives

Customer & Market Insights

  • Conduct customer research and gather insights to improve positioning and messaging
  • Analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and funnel drop-offs to identify opportunities
  • Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
  • Continuously monitor competitors, market trends, and emerging growth opportunities

 

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Performance Marketing, or Head of Growth roles
  • Proven experience working in startup, SaaS, tech, or high-growth environments
  • Demonstrated success scaling pipeline, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
  • Strong portfolio showcasing measurable achievements, growth campaigns, case studies, or successful projects is required
  • Previous experience operating autonomously in senior or founding-level marketing roles is highly preferred

Technical Skills

  • Advanced hands-on experience with paid acquisition, SEO, email marketing, social media, and outbound growth strategies
  • Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Experience with analytics platforms, attribution tracking, reporting dashboards, and funnel optimization
  • Ability to create high-converting marketing assets including landing pages, email sequences, and campaign content
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel growth strategies and customer lifecycle marketing

Success Indicators

First 30 Days

  • Develop a deep understanding of the product, target audience, and existing growth opportunities
  • Identify high-impact acquisition and conversion opportunities
  • Begin launching initial campaigns and experiments

First 60 Days

  • Establish measurable growth initiatives across key channels
  • Improve pipeline generation and conversion performance
  • Implement scalable workflows and reporting systems

First 90 Days

  • Optimize top-performing channels and eliminate underperforming initiatives
  • Deliver visible and measurable growth improvements
  • Establish repeatable growth processes that support long-term scalability
