Job Overview
Our client is seeking a high-energy, professional Lead Generation and Outreach Specialist to support the growth of a scaling healthcare equipment company. This role is focused on outbound prospecting and identifying qualified business opportunities by engaging with healthcare facilities and key decision-makers. The primary responsibility is to contact healthcare facilities, determine whether they have surplus medical equipment available for sale, and gather basic qualifying information. Qualified opportunities will then be handed off directly to the appropriate sales representative for follow-up and closing. Success in this role is measured by meaningful conversations, qualified leads identified, accurate documentation, and smooth lead handoffs to the internal team.
The ideal candidate is someone who can make a large volume of calls each day, identify potential opportunities, collect contact information, and pass those opportunities to our internal sales team.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to healthcare facilities, initially focusing on imaging centers.

Navigate hospital and clinic phone systems to connect with appropriate contacts and decision-makers.

Deliver clear and professional company introductions using approved scripts and messaging.

Identify and qualify potential leads through strategic questioning and information gathering.

Accurately document call outcomes, contact details, and lead information within the company’s CRM and lead tracking systems.

Maintain organized records and ensure timely, accurate lead handoff to the internal team.

Collaborate with internal sales to hand off leads for follow-ups and closing.
Requirements

Strong communication skills with a professional and confident phone presence.

Comfortable making high-volume outbound and cold calls in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to follow scripts while naturally adapting conversations based on responses.

Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document information.

Experience with CRM systems, data entry, and outbound prospecting is preferred.

Qualifications
