Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven, highly dependable Digital Marketing Manager to own, execute, and scale our lead generation and revenue growth initiatives. This dynamic role sits at the intersection of B2B SaaS marketing and E-Commerce. You will be directly responsible for driving user acquisition, managing cross-channel digital campaigns, and optimizing customer conversion funnels.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to execute email deployments, manage digital ad spend, and coordinate SEO strategies to move our core business metrics.
Schedule
- Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Eastern Time-Canada), with a 1-hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities & KPIs
Your success in this role will be directly measured by two primary growth metrics:
- Marketplace GMV (Gross Merchandise Volume): Scaling revenue and transactions on our internal e-commerce marketplace.
- SaaS Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs): Driving high-intent demo bookings and feature engagement for our software products.
Core Disciplines & Daily Tasks
- Agency Relationships -- managing relationship and ensure that marketing assets are deployed through agency channels.
- Email Marketing & Automation: * Design, build, and deploy end-to-end email campaigns for both sides of the business.
- Execute promotional and promotional flash-sale campaigns for E-Commerce products (e.g., "XYZ products on sale").
- Craft and launch feature-release and product-update campaigns for SaaS products aimed at driving user adoption and "Book a Demo" conversions.
- Marketplace Advertising: * Develop and manage strategic ad placements on our internal e-commerce platform.
- Align targeted marketing campaigns to highlight relevant products to active users browsing the marketplace ecosystem.
- Paid Media & Search Engine Marketing (SEM): * Direct and manage paid ad campaigns across standard networks including Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Business Manager to scale lead volume.
- SEO & Organic Growth: * Oversee search engine optimization efforts. You will initially coordinate directly with our external SEO consultant and eventually take over full, hands-on ownership of our organic search strategy.
Skills & Requirements
Experience:
- 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record that spans both E-Commerce (conversion/revenue-focused) and B2B SaaS (lead generation/funnel-focused).
- Direct experience working within a multi-tenant marketplace or complex product ecosystem is a major plus.
Technical Competencies:
- Email Tools: Deep proficiency in email marketing platforms and ESPs (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Mailchimp).
- Ad Networks: Hands-on experience setting up, tracking, and optimizing campaigns within Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Manager.
- SEO & Analytics: Strong understanding of technical/on-page SEO and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Ahrefs, or SEMrush.

Soft Skills:
- Extreme Reliability: A self-starter who can work independently, manage timelines strictly, and take full ownership of program outcomes.
