  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills with a clear and professional accent.
  • Ability to quickly understand and confidently communicate complex service offerings, preferably within legal, financial, or professional services industries.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable handling rejection in a cold-calling environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage call activity, follow-ups, and reporting accurately.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain productivity in a remote setting.

Engagement Details

  • Part-time position starting at 20 hours per week.
  • Work during designated U.S. business hours aligned with target prospects.
  • Utilize company-provided contact lists, scripts, and outreach materials.
  • Focus on driving arbitration clause adoption rather than direct product or monetary sales.
  • Track and report key performance metrics, including calls made, decision-makers reached, follow-up activity, and adoption commitments.
  • Partner with internal teams to continuously improve outreach effectiveness and campaign results.
