We are seeking a detail-oriented TikTok Content Distribution Assistant to scale the UK presence of a fast-growing supplement brand. In this role, you will manage daily publishing, caption optimization, and hashtag strategy across multiple accounts to maximize organic reach. Rather than creating content, you will focus on high-level execution, ensuring all posts align with TikTok’s algorithm and brand standards. This is a remote, 20-hour-per-week position designed for a specialist who thrives on consistency and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

TikTok Content Distribution

• Publish video content daily across multiple TikTok accounts
• Ensure content is posted according to the brand's content calendar
• Maintain consistency across all accounts and campaigns
• Monitor content performance and identify optimization opportunities

Platform Optimization

• Optimize captions, hashtags, and posting schedules
• Stay updated on TikTok trends and algorithm changes
• Help maximize content reach and engagement within target markets
• Test and refine posting strategies based on performance data

Account Management

• Manage multiple TikTok accounts simultaneously
• Maintain organized content libraries and posting schedules
• Ensure brand consistency across all published content
• Track account activity and report performance metrics

 

Requirements

• Proven experience managing TikTok accounts for businesses or brands, specifically within the UK market and the supplement, wellness, or consumer goods sectors.
• Deep understanding of TikTok algorithms, audience targeting, and viral trends to drive organic growth.
• Expertise in scaling and managing multiple accounts simultaneously, including consistent scheduling and publishing.
• Proficiency in TikTok analytics and reporting to track performance and refine content strategy.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong English communication skills and a reliable internet connection for seamless collaboration.
