B2B Sales Representative

Overview

Join a forward-thinking software development company specializing in service management platforms. Our client recently launched a cloud-based version of their software and is seeking dedicated sales talent to scale their client base among UK small businesses. As a B2B Sales Representative, you will spearhead their outbound outreach. Your primary objective will be to manage cold lead lists, introduce their innovative cloud software to decision-makers, and secure qualified appointments for product demonstrations with their technical team.

Schedule

  • Part Time - 20h per week 
  • 09:30 to 12:00 OR 14:00 to 16:30 UK Time, approximately 35 hours per week (Client Timezone: GMT/BST).

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-volume outbound cold calls to small businesses with 10-120 employees.
  • Introduce and pitch the benefits of our cloud-based service management software.
  • Qualify prospects by identifying their specific business requirements and pain points.
  • Schedule product demonstrations and sales calls for the internal development experts.
  • Handle objections professionally and maintain persistence with cold lead lists.
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities and lead status in the CRM.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, cold calling, or lead generation.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Previous experience targeting or working within the UK or US markets.
  • Ability to handle the rejection inherent in cold calling with a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products or technical service solutions is preferred.
  • Bonus if you have worked with service management or engineering software.
  • It helps if you have experience using cloud-based CRM systems for lead tracking.
