Overview

Connect with homeowners, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for a fast-growing home services organization specializing in window installations, roofing, and siding. This critical role offers the opportunity to be a founding member of a scaling remote team, directly impacting revenue growth while working within a supportive and stable environment. Schedule: Full Time - 35 h per week- Business Hours based on EST

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective homeowners to schedule in-home service appointments.
• Qualify leads to ensure meetings are set with decision-makers ready to discuss projects.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls and outcomes within the AccuLynx CRM.
• Follow and adapt established scripts to resonate with homeowners in the southern United States.
• Collaborate with field teams to ensure a smooth handoff of confirmed appointments.
• Track and report on daily and weekly appointment-setting performance metrics.
• Provide feedback on lead quality to help refine outreach strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outbound sales or appointment setting.
• Excellent spoken English with a natural ability to build rapport with U.S.-based customers.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets consistently.
• Availability to work during East Coast U.S. business hours.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• It helps if you are familiar with AccuLynx CRM or similar home services platforms.
• Bonus if you have experience in the home services industry (roofing, windows, siding).
