Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Listing Assistant to support a growing online vintage retail business across multiple selling platforms including eBay, Etsy, and Instagram. This role will focus on editing product photos, optimizing listings for SEO, managing product information, and publishing listings across multiple e-commerce marketplaces using List Perfectly. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and experienced with online product listings and marketplace optimization.

Schedule: Flexible Schedule Monday to Friday 

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and optimize product listings for platforms such as eBay, Etsy, Instagram, and other online marketplaces
• Use List Perfectly to manage and distribute listings across multiple e-commerce platforms efficiently
• Edit product photos to ensure listings are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards
• Review product information, measurements, and templates to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Optimize titles, descriptions, keywords, and tags using SEO best practices to improve product visibility and engagement
• Maintain organized and accurate product data across all platforms
• Ensure listings are published promptly and meet quality standards
• Collaborate with the business owner to maintain consistency in branding and product presentation

Requirements

• Previous experience in e-commerce, online marketplace management, or product listing roles
• Familiarity with platforms such as eBay, Etsy, Shopify, Poshmark, Depop, or similar marketplaces
• Experience with SEO optimization for e-commerce product listings
• Basic photo editing skills with a strong eye for visual presentation
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate tools such as List Perfectly
• Strong written English communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
