About the Role

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to handle inbound service inquiries and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, works efficiently under pressure, and enjoys helping customers find solutions.

As the first point of contact for incoming inquiries, you will play a key role in gathering customer information, guiding callers through a brief qualification process, and ensuring all details are accurately recorded within the company's systems.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm EST with one hour of unpaid break

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Guide callers through a short series of questions to gather relevant information.
  • Accurately enter customer details and lead information into internal systems.
  • Utilize company-provided software and web-based tools to manage call workflows.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor and deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Meet call handling and response time expectations while ensuring accuracy.
  • Follow established processes and procedures for data entry and lead management.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of customer service, call center, or customer support experience.
  • Excellent spoken English with a clear and professional phone presence.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms, web applications, and computer-based systems.
  • Ownership of a Windows PC or Apple/Mac computer.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • Strong attendance record and ability to maintain schedule commitments.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Engagement Details

  • Full-time position at 40 hours per week.
  • Support a business that operates 24/7, with schedules assigned based on operational needs.
  • Focus on providing high-quality support for inbound customer inquiries.
  • Fully remote position.
