Monday - Saturday, 09:00 AM - 08:00 PM ET, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls using prepared scripts and campaigns
- Set sales and service appointments for dealerships across the U.S.
- Perform warm transfers to internal teams as needed
- Keep CRM records accurate and updated after every call
Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service
- Professional English communication skills for international business calls.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Comfort following structured processes and adjusting to various call flows
- Ability to work independently and stay focused in a remote environment
- Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, computer with webcam, and a wired headset
