Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to lead our lead generation, funnel optimization, marketing automation, and paid media efforts. This role is responsible for building and improving the systems that turn audience engagement into measurable business growth, including recruits, consumer leads, webinar registrations, and long-term customer relationships.

The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and experienced in creating scalable marketing strategies that drive performance and optimize conversion across the entire funnel.

Schedule: 8:30am – 5:00pm Woodland Hills, CA time with 30mins unpaid break ( 8 hours a day, 40 hours per week)

Core Responsibilities

• Build recruiting funnels for agents and loan officers
• Build consumer lead funnels
• Manage Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok ads
• Create webinar registration and nurture systems
• Build CRM automations
• Manage retargeting campaigns
• Optimize conversion rates
• Create analytics dashboards
• Improve lead response systems

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or revenue operations (RevOps), with a proven track record of managing profitable ad spend.
  • Systems Thinking: A natural ability to look at disconnected software platforms and map out an efficient, automated data flow from click to close.
  • Technical Toolkit: Deep proficiency with CRM platforms, funnel-building tools, and advanced automation workflows (Zapier/Make).
  • Paid Media Strategy: Hands-on experience navigating the ad managers of Meta, Google, and emerging platforms like TikTok, with an eye for audience targeting and retargeting logic.
  • Data Fluency: Strong background in marketing analytics, conversion optimization, and attribution modeling. You know how to read data to find leakage in a funnel.
