YOUR ROLE: Social Media Specialist / Content Creator

Schedule- Flexible anytime, EST Time zone.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategy and brand tone.
  • Plan and schedule social media posts across various platforms.
  • Create engaging video content and graphic posts.
  • Coordinate with photographers for brand shoots.
  • Manage content calendars and posting frequency.
  • Analyze engagement to optimize social media presence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management and strategy 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing content creation skills. (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
  • Ability to work within the Toronto, Canada time zone.
  • Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
  • Experience with visual branding and audience attraction.
  • Familiarity with sustainable fashion or lifestyle brands is a plus.

Scope:

  • Part-time (20 hours per week) or Full-time (40 hours per week).
  • Focus on Instagram and website integration for sales.
  • Strategy development for a pre-launch phase (June/July).
  • Combination of using existing assets and creating new ones.
  • Direct coordination on brand vision and vibes.
  • Ongoing month-to-month service with 30 days notice.
