YOUR ROLE: Social Media Specialist / Content Creator
Schedule- Flexible anytime, EST Time zone.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategy and brand tone.
- Plan and schedule social media posts across various platforms.
- Create engaging video content and graphic posts.
- Coordinate with photographers for brand shoots.
- Manage content calendars and posting frequency.
- Analyze engagement to optimize social media presence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management and strategy
- Strong portfolio showcasing content creation skills. (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
- Ability to work within the Toronto, Canada time zone.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Experience with visual branding and audience attraction.
- Familiarity with sustainable fashion or lifestyle brands is a plus.
Scope:
- Part-time (20 hours per week) or Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Focus on Instagram and website integration for sales.
- Strategy development for a pre-launch phase (June/July).
- Combination of using existing assets and creating new ones.
- Direct coordination on brand vision and vibes.
- Ongoing month-to-month service with 30 days notice.
