Responsibilities
- Maintain and regularly update website content, pages, and announcements
- Ensure website branding and visual consistency across all pages and digital platforms
- Manage online registration systems, forms, and intake processes
- Upload and publish website content including blogs, articles, multimedia, and announcements
- Monitor website functionality and troubleshoot technical or user-related issues
- Optimize website usability, accessibility, and overall user experience
- Coordinate with leadership and internal teams to gather accurate and updated content
- Assist with SEO optimization and website performance improvements
- Provide basic technical support related to website navigation, forms, and registration systems
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to support digital initiatives
- Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements when needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in website administration, web support, or content management
- Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Wix, or similar systems
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website troubleshooting
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization is preferred
- Experience with website analytics tools is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Reliable internet connection and personal computer
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations or mission-driven teams is an advantage
