Customer Support Representative
Overview
We are looking for a friendly and helpful Customer Support Representative to help our users. You will answer questions about our platform, help people with their accounts, and guide them through using our digital token services. You don't need to be an expert in crypto yet, but you must be great at using phone systems and talking to customers.
Schedule: (2 headcount)
- Mon-Thur, 12mn - 9am EST (36 hours)
- Fri-Sun, timing is TBA but it is a 12-hour shift per day (36 hours)
Key Responsibilities
- Answer Inquiries: Respond to customer questions via phone, email, and live chat.
- Problem Solving: Help users who are having trouble with their transactions or account settings.
- Use Support Tools: Manage high-volume calls and messages using our digital calling systems and helpdesk software.
- Explain Simply: Take technical information and explain it in a way that is easy for anyone to understand.
- Report Issues: Let the team know if you see the same problem happening to many different customers.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience in a customer service or call center role.
- Tech Savvy: Strong knowledge of calling systems (VOIP) and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- English Fluency: Excellent spoken and written English with a professional and "bubbly" tone.
- Typing Skills: Fast and accurate typing (at least 45–50 WPM) to handle live chats efficiently.
- Internet Reliability: Must have a high-speed, stable internet connection and a quiet place to work.
- Conflict Resolution: Ability to stay calm and helpful even when talking to a frustrated or upset customer.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work assigned shifts, including potential weekends or holidays.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to follow strict security protocols to protect user information.
