Job Overview
I’m looking for a part‑time Content Assistant to support the publishing and distribution of my coaching content across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with video, social media tools, and simple editing tasks.
Your work will help ensure that my message, teachings, and videos are shared consistently on LinkedIn, YouTube, Spotify, Facebook, Instagram, and Zenler platforms without requiring me to handle the technical steps myself.
You’re someone who enjoys supporting creators, coaches, and making a difference in people' lives. You like structure, clarity, and helping someone’s message reach more people. You’re comfortable with tech, you enjoy organizing content, and you take pride in clean, consistent execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Video Uploading: LinkedIn, YouTube, Spotify, Facebook, Instagram, and Zenler
- Simple Video Editing: Trim clips, add captions, create short excerpts
- Content Scheduling: Schedule posts across platforms using tools like Buffer, Later, or native schedulers
- Repurposing Content: Turn long videos into short clips or quotes
- Newsletter Support: Format and prepare newsletters (I provide the text)
- Platform Updates: Upload content to my website on Zenler, update pages when needed
- Content Organization: Keep files, videos, and assets organized in folders
Skills & Experience
· Experience with basic video editing (CapCut, Canva, Descript, or similar) (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
· Comfortable with LinkedIn, Spotify, YouTube, Zenler, and other platforms
· Strong attention to detail
· Reliable, organized, and able to follow a simple weekly workflow
· Good communication and ability to work independently
· Bonus: experience with Zenler, Canva, or email platforms (Mailerlite, ConvertKit, etc.)
