Job Highlights

Schedule: Full Time - 35 hours per week - Meetings during business hours based in EST with some flexibility

Responsibilities

  • Design engaging social media posts using Canva and provided samples.
  • Manage real estate and mortgage CRMs to update lead stages accurately.
  • Execute email blast campaigns and monitor responses.
  • Handle administrative support tasks for US-based real estate operations.
  • Coordinate property marketing assets and maintain digital filing systems.
  • Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation and workflow efficiency.

 

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in US real estate or mortgage administration.
  • Proficiency in Canva and social media marketing (APPLICATION WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience managing CRM systems such as Zoho or HubSpot.
  • Ability to utilize AI tools like ChatGPT for workflow efficiency.
  • Bonus if you have a creative portfolio or samples of social media management.
  • It helps if you are adaptable to a flexible daily work schedule.
