Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web & Graphic Designer to support ongoing website maintenance, digital integration projects, and branded collateral design. This role will focus on improving the company’s online presence, creating polished client-facing materials, and ensuring all visual assets align with a clean, modern, and premium brand identity.

The ideal candidate has strong Squarespace and Canva experience, excellent design instincts, and the ability to create visually appealing yet highly functional materials across both digital and print formats.

Schedule: 20hrs per week, Flexible during North Fremantle, WA business hours

Responsibilities

Squarespace Website Maintenance & Integration

• Integrate and configure an online booking system within the existing Squarespace website
• Perform ongoing website maintenance including updating text, adding pages, and embedding links
• Ensure the website delivers a smooth, intuitive, and mobile-responsive user experience
• Maintain visual consistency and alignment with modern web design standards

Document Design & Brand Collateral

• Compile and organize multiple existing documents into a cohesive suite of branded assets
• Design and format client-facing and internal materials using the company’s Canva brand guide
• Create and maintain professional company letterhead compatible with medical software systems
• Design clinical and data collection forms with strong attention to usability and presentation
• Develop client information sheets, brochures, and branded takeaway guides/booklets
• Ensure all materials follow consistent typography, layout, and branding standards

Exterior Signage Design

• Design professional exterior signage using existing logo and brand assets
• Prepare print-ready design files for signage production
• Ensure signage aligns with the company’s premium and modern brand identity

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design and web design, particularly using Squarespace
• Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern, and premium design work
• Highly proficient in Canva and working within established brand guidelines
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual hierarchy
• Experience creating print-ready files for brochures, signage, and branded materials
