Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our growing team. This role is responsible for producing engaging and high-quality creative assets across digital, print, and marketing channels. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable collaborating closely with the marketing team during Pacific Time business hours.

This is a part-time remote role with the potential to transition into a full-time opportunity based on business needs and performance.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pacific Time (5 hours per day, 25 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:
● Design a variety of print and digital materials that align with branding and marketing objectives
● Collaborate closely with the Director of Brand Marketing and internal team members to create compelling visual assets
● Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
● Maintain brand consistency and accuracy across all creative work
● Update project statuses and collaborate using project management and communication tools
● Support rush design requests and be available during scheduled PST working hours
● Perform other design-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:
● Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, advertising, or related creative roles
● Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
● Proficiency in Canva, Notion, Asana, and Google Drive
● Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and production workflows
● Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
● Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a remote team
● Experience with After Effects, HTML, and CSS is a plus but not required

Requirements:
● Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
● Reliable internet connection and ability to work consistently during 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM PST
● High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
