Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive Real Estate Cold Caller to join our team and drive lead generation efforts. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential sellers, including those with expired listings, to build a robust pipeline of opportunities in the Florida market.
Schedule: Full Time - 35h per week - Flexible within EST business hours
Client Timezone: EST (Florida)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective home sellers and buyers.
- Identify and contact owners of expired MLS listings via provided lists.
- Qualify leads based on motivation, timeline, and interest.
- Represent the real estate brand professionally during every prospect interaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and lead status.
- Coordinate with the principal agent to facilitate lead hand-offs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound cold calling, specifically within US Real Estate.
- Strong command of the English language with a neutral and professional accent.
- Ability to work Florida (EST) business hours consistently.
- High resilience and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Basic understanding of US real estate market dynamics.
- Bonus if you have experience with real estate wholesaling leads.
- It helps if you are familiar with MLS search and lead management tools.
