Overview

We are seeking a high-energy TikTok LIVE Stream Moderator to drive engagement, manage real-time sales conversions, and foster a buzzing community for top creators and brands. In this remote role, you will act as the "hype person" behind the scenes—pinning products, launching giveaways, and maintaining a safe, high-vibe chat environment. If you are a TikTok culture expert who knows how to turn live viewers into buyers, this is your chance to lead the chaos and the hype.

Schedule

10 hours per week, Eastern Standard Timezone (EST)

Team Meetings (2 hrs total)

• Monday — 10:00 AM EST
• Wednesday — 9:30 AM EST

LIVE Schedule (8 hrs total)

• Wednesday — 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM EST (1 hr)
• Thursday — 12:00 AM to 1:00 AM EST (1 hr)
• Friday — 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM EST (2 hrs)
• Saturday — 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST (2 hrs)
• Sunday — 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM EST (2 hrs)

Schedule may adjust over time based on LIVE viewer analytics, but weekly hours will remain balanced.

Responsibilities

• Hype the chat: Keep engagement high with replies, reactions, and shoutouts
• Pin products & promos to drive clicks and conversions
• Run giveaways, flash deals, and timed offers during streams
• Moderate comments to maintain a safe, positive environment
• Support hosts with cues, timing, and stream flow
• Track engagement metrics and recommend improvements

Requirements

• Deep familiarity with TikTok LIVE, trends, and features
• High-energy, charismatic, and quick on your feet
• Ability to multitask in fast-moving LIVE environments
• Sales awareness — knowledgeable in guiding a viewer toward clicking “Buy”
• Reliable internet, communication, and professionalism
• Bonus: Previous experience in livestreaming, moderating, or online sales
