Job Overview

As an Appointment Setter (Termite industry), you will proactively call existing customers to schedule complimentary home termite inspections. This role focuses on high-volume outreach and appointment setting to ensure proactive property protection. You will be rewarded with a performance-based commission structure for every successful booking achieved.

Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 10am–6pm Mountain Time

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

 

Responsibilities

  • Proactive Outreach: Confidently call existing customers to schedule complimentary termite inspections using a structured questionnaire and persuasive communication.
  • Tiered Commission Structure: Earn performance-based incentives for every appointment scheduled, plus additional bonuses for every lead that successfully converts to a sale.

 

Requirements

  • High-level English proficiency with strong verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in customer service and professional sales.
  • Demonstrated success in appointment setting or lead generation.
