Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM | Pacific Standard Time
Responsibilities:
- Create, monitor, and manage work orders and support tickets within AppFolio to ensure timely resolution of tenant requests
- Serve as the frontline point of contact for tenant communications, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally
- Handle incoming inquiry calls from prospective lessees and provide accurate leasing information
- Coordinate with vendors, including Spanish-speaking vendors, to facilitate property maintenance and service delivery
- Support the leasing process by assisting with leasing procedures and contract documentation
- Monitor and follow up on open tickets to ensure consistent service levels across the property portfolio
Requirements:
- Proficiency in AppFolio property management software (must-have)
- Familiarity with California Department of Real Estate regulations and leasing procedures
- Experience in commercial real estate property management or a related field
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
