Our client is looking for a proactive individual to take on this dynamic position.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Pacific Time (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end marketing support for brokers including direct mail, email campaigns, social media content, and marketing collateral production (brochures, presentations, newsletters, and investment packages)
• Produce and coordinate marketing materials including copywriting, video editing, floor/site plans, property maps, and aerial visuals
• Create and maintain WordPress websites and update business listings on Google and Bing
• Run basic property and market reports using CoStar and LandVision to support marketing and sales efforts
• Provide general administrative and client support, including document preparation, database reporting, and coordination with clients and vendors

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience supporting marketing and administrative functions in real estate, brokerage, or similar fast-paced environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and strong overall administrative and reporting skills
• Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat DC, Dreamweaver, and Premiere Pro
• Experience with email marketing tools such as Constant Contact and BCC Bulk Mailer
• Basic knowledge of Google Earth (desktop and web applications)
• Strong communication, grammar, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and portfolio of design/writing samples preferred
