Our client is looking for a dedicated and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the company owner and the president. In this role, you will be responsible for managing executive communications, preparing critical business documents, and ensuring internal operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Monday - Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM EST (20 work hours per week - flexible within these hours)
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage email inboxes for key company executives, ensuring timely responses and organized communication
- Update and maintain sales quotes, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all documents
- Prepare and format documents using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to support business operations
- Provide general administrative support to the company's leadership team
- Organize and streamline internal files and records for improved operational efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience in an executive or personal assistant role supporting senior-level professionals
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Professional written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills
