Job Overview

Our client is seeking a forward-thinking AI Automation & Systems Specialist to serve as the ultimate architect of scalability for their organization. Instead of expanding headcount as content and marketing needs grow, you will engineer the AI-powered infrastructure that allows the existing team to $10\times$ their operational output. This is not a traditional IT role; you will build advanced custom prompt ecosystems, design seamless multi-platform automations, and vectorize internal company knowledge bases to eliminate manual creative and administrative bottlenecks.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time [Woodland Hills, CA Time], with a 30-minute unpaid break (40 hours per week).

Responsibilities

AI Infrastructure & Prompt Engineering

• System Architecture: Build, iterate, and manage advanced Claude project systems, custom GPTs, and a centralized internal prompt library tailored strictly to the company’s brand voice and compliance standards.
• Knowledge Vectorization: Organize, maintain, and structure internal database frameworks and knowledge wikis so that LLM systems can accurately reference internal company data.

Workflow Automation & Integration

• System Connectivity: Design, build, and maintain multi-tier workflow automations using Zapier, Make (Integromat), or custom APIs to seamlessly link disconnected operational and media platforms.
• Content Pipeline Optimization: Develop and refine AI-assisted content workflows to accelerate script creation, asset ideation, and multimedia development without compromising artistic quality.

Operational Scaling & Innovation

• SOP Development: Write comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation to train and upskill team members on incorporating AI into their daily workflows.
• R&D Testing: Continuously research, test, and vet emerging AI software, open-source models, and operational frameworks to keep the organization at the absolute cutting edge of technological innovation.

Requirements

• Advanced AI Literacy: Expert-level mastery of Large Language Models (specifically Claude and ChatGPT) with deep, practical execution of complex prompt engineering structures.
• Automation Mastery: Proven experience building multi-step data pipelines using automation tools like Zapier or Make, with strong architectural system-thinking capabilities.
• Operational Footprint: A professional background within digital marketing, multimedia production, or Revenue Operations (RevOps) is highly preferred, giving you a native understanding of how content and business operations intersect.
• Data Organization: Familiarity with data structures, internal cloud registries, or documentation networks (e.g., Notion, corporate wikis) used to train or anchor AI behaviors.
• Technological Obsession: A fast learner who proactively tracks weekly developments in open-source AI and commercial automation software.
