Job Overview
Our client is seeking an agile and results-oriented B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound customer acquisition across website design and managed IT solutions. This dynamic role is ideal for a seasoned outbound sales professional who excels at striking up organic conversations with business owners rather than just reading from a script. By using web design updates as an immediate, high-value foot-in-the-door, you will secure short-term conversions while building a pipeline for sophisticated, long-term managed IT service contracts.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Eastern Time [EST] (20 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Part-time engagement targeting local US-based businesses, initially concentrated in the Colorado market and expanding nationally.
- Performance evaluated directly through verified call volume, lead qualification parameters, and successful website sales conversions.
- Equipped with comprehensive technical hardware provision, redundant internet backup solutions, and human resource infrastructure support.
Outbound Prospecting & Sales Execution
- Cold Outreach: Initiate outbound cold calls to local businesses to pitch modern website design and development services.
- Direct Closing: Capitalize on transactional interest to close website design sales directly over the phone whenever possible.
- Lead Generation: Proactively research, build, and verify targeted lead lists of local small-to-medium businesses running visibly outdated or non-responsive websites.
B2B Appointment Setting & Nurturing
- Niche Targeting: Identify, qualify, and target high-value prospects—specifically accounting practices and engineering firms—for advanced managed IT solutions.
- Discovery & Qualification: Gather critical prospect infrastructure data, establish pain points, and book qualified sales appointments for specialized technical IT consultants.
- Pipeline Administration: Maintain a disciplined, high-volume calling cadence while executing timely follow-up email campaigns via standard dialers and internal CRM platforms.
Requirements
- Proven Track Record: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of verifiable experience in high-volume outbound cold calling, B2B sales development, or appointment-setting roles.
- Industry Domain Knowledge: Previous experience within Tech Sales, SaaS acquisition, or IT services environments is highly preferred.
- Communication Excellence: High-level English proficiency, impeccable professional phone etiquette.
- Rapport-Driven Approach: Strong interpersonal skills with the agility to pivot conversations organically and build trust with business gatekeepers and stakeholders.
- Self-Motivation: A highly resilient, self-directed personality comfortable working independently to hit aggressive outreach, volume, and quality metrics.
