Role: E-Commerce Order Processor/CSR

Schedule- Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00pm PST 1 hour break 12-1pm

A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best Representatives are genuinely excited to help customers and thrives in the fast-paced environment. They’re efficient, patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative, and quick in finding reasonable solutions that fit customer and company needs. Logical solutions come naturally to customer care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigating if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately and timely processing large volumes of Purchase Orders in different ERP systems and making sure they get fulfilled by the warehouse in timely manner;
  • Creating packing lists, invoices, transportation documents such as BOLs; shipping labels
  • Managing incoming emails, messages, calls - solving customers issues;
  • Processing Return Authorizations;
  • Providing freight quotes to clients and team members
  • Developing in-depth knowledge and expertise with regard to tile products we offer.
  • Maintaining reports
  • Performing other related duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Very detail-oriented, logical, and efficient.
  • Fast learner, who can use reasonable judgement to problem solve, who doesn't require micro-managing, adaptive, able to cope with fast-paced environment
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, customer service, or other related industry
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Good analytical skills in determining customers' needs and offering solutions
  • Strong Computer skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Familiarity with different CRM or ERP systems and practices
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Good memory
