Our client is looking for a motivated professional for a part-time sales role focused on lead generation, outreach, and customer engagement for a growing sportswear customization business. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients via email and phone to promote products and services to sports organizations and teams. Client Overview

Our client is a Melbourne-based customized apparel company specializing in sportswear for the pickleball community and other sports organizations. The company is preparing to launch its full sales operations after establishing itself through word-of-mouth referrals and is now implementing 3D customization software to enhance its product offerings.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 4 hours per day (Flexible Hours) AEST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to prospective clients in the pickleball and sports community using provided contact lists.
• Respond to inbound customer enquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.
• Promote the company's customized apparel products and services to sports teams and organizations.
• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication to convert prospects into customers.
• Help increase brand awareness and market presence through persistent outreach efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or telemarketing roles with strong phone and email communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
• Previous experience calling Australian or US markets (Preferred).
• Familiarity with the sports industry, particularly pickleball or team sports apparel (Preferred).
