CAD Designer - Inventor

We are seeking an experienced CAD Designer with expertise in Autodesk Inventor to join our technical team on a project basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global manufacturing organisation that designs and produces specialised access and fall protection systems.

About the Role:

As a CAD Designer, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and 3D models using Autodesk Inventor. You will work with our dedicated model vault system and contribute to scaling our design capabilities to meet growing demand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed CAD drawings and 3D models using Autodesk Inventor

• Maintain proficiency with our dedicated model vault system

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance

• Support the scaling of our design output to meet business growth

• Ensure all documentation is clear and production-ready

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience with Autodesk Inventor

• Strong technical drawing and 3D modelling capabilities

• Experience working with model vault or PDM systems

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
