Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed Bills of Materials for project requirements
• Analyze and quantify materials needed for ongoing projects
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of material specifications
• Collaborate with project teams to support project delivery
• Maintain detailed documentation and records

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Strong expertise in Bills of Materials preparation
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient with relevant surveying and documentation software
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
