Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and resilient Senior Sales Agent / Cold Caller to support outbound business development and appointment generation for high-ticket Amazon agency services.
This role focuses on cold calling, lead qualification, relationship building, and high-ticket sales conversations, making it ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, commission-driven sales environments.
Schedule
- Aligned with U.S. business hours; 40+ hours per week
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales & Lead Generation
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective Amazon sellers and e-commerce business owners
- Present and position premium agency services to decision-makers and qualified prospects
- Identify client pain points and communicate the ROI of the company’s solutions
- Qualify leads and secure appointments for the senior sales team or founders
CRM & Sales Process Management
- Document all prospect interactions, call outcomes, and follow-up activities within the CRM
- Maintain organized pipelines and ensure timely lead follow-up
- Track objections, market feedback, and prospect trends to support ongoing sales strategy refinement
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach and conversion targets
Communication & Relationship Building
- Adapt scripts and communication styles to different prospect personalities and business types
- Build rapport quickly and maintain professionalism during high-volume outreach
- Collaborate with leadership to improve messaging, targeting, and conversion strategies
- Support continuous optimization of sales workflows and outbound processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound cold calling, appointment setting, or high-ticket sales
- Highly fluent English communication skills
- Strong resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally
- Experience working within e-commerce, digital marketing, or Amazon-related industries
- Self-motivated and highly performance-driven mindset
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high outreach volumes independently
- Comfortable working in commission-oriented sales environments
Highly Regarded Skills & Experience
- Experience selling Amazon agency services, digital marketing services, or SaaS solutions
- Familiarity with Amazon seller ecosystems and common seller pain points
- Experience using dialer systems such as JustCall, Zoom Phone, or similar tools
- Background in appointment setting for high-ticket services
- Experience working within remote international sales teams
