Client Success Support Representative

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a Client Success Support Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries. In this role, you will replace the owner's direct involvement in daily communications, utilizing AI-driven systems built by the client to streamline quoting, garment selection, and content creation. You will handle both inbound and outbound communication via VoIP phone system, email, and social media channels to support the company's expansion efforts from a provincial to a Canada-wide customer base.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 02:00 PM PST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming client inquiries via email, phone, and social media to ensure no potential customer is lost
  • Prepare and send quotes, pricing options, and garment recommendations using established SOPs and AI-powered tools
  • Generate and send invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up on outstanding payments
  • Create basic mockups and design bi-monthly email marketing campaigns using AI tools such as Claude
  • Manage and respond to messages across all customer-facing platforms including DMs and website inquiries
  • Assist with basic social media posting to maintain brand presence and consistency

Requirements

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT and an understanding of AI-assisted workflows
  • Experience with basic design tools such as Canva for creating simple visual content
  • Prior customer support experience with a track record of professional client-facing communication
  • High level of attention to detail, particularly when handling pricing, quotes, and invoices
  • Ability to work independently and follow structured SOPs with minimal supervision
