Role Name: CRM and Marketing Operations Manager
CLIENT OVERVIEW
The client operates a small professional services business based in Vancouver, Washington. They recently adopted GoHighLevel as their primary CRM platform and are seeking support to maximize its capabilities across operations and marketing functions.
Schedule: 40 hours a week Mon - Fri Flexible during business hours
Responsabilities
- Manage and optimize the GoHighLevel CRM platform, including setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance
- Set up and manage calendar systems to prevent double-booking and improve scheduling efficiency
- Automate workflows and business processes to streamline operations
- Migrate tools such as SurveyMonkey into the GoHighLevel system to consolidate business operations
- Coordinate social media management activities through the CRM platform
- Create and manage email campaigns and marketing automation sequences
- Provide proactive recommendations for process improvements and system optimization
- Learn and maintain the client’s voice and brand messaging across all platforms
- Work independently while managing administrative, operational, and marketing-related tasks
- Support overall business organization and efficiency through CRM and automation management
Requirements
- Proven experience managing the GoHighLevel CRM platform
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and workflow creation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly
- Adaptability to evolving business needs and processes
- Experience handling CRM setup, optimization, and automation tasks
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively
NICE-TO-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience integrating SurveyMonkey or similar survey and form-building tools into CRM systems
- Background supporting small businesses or professional service-based companies
- Ability to manage multiple business operations and administrative functions simultaneously
- Familiarity with social media management tools, scheduling platforms, and best practices
- Experience coordinating marketing, operations, and CRM-related activities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
