Operations & Project Management Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a proactive Operations & Project Management Assistant to support a growing business consulting firm managing multiple client accounts. This is a hands-on operational role focused on project coordination, client onboarding, process organization, and internal communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting day-to-day operations while also helping improve systems and workflows.

Schedule:

  • Mon-Friday - 8 am-12 pm OR 12 pm-4 pm CST

Responsibilities

  • Support project coordination across multiple client accounts
  • Assist in managing client onboarding processes and documentation
  • Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams
  • Maintain project timelines, task tracking, and delivery updates
  • Use ClickUp to manage tasks, workflows, and project visibility
  • Help document and update standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Identify workflow gaps and assist in improving operational efficiency
  • Ensure smooth information flow across all active projects
  • Provide general operational and administrative support as needed

Requirements

  • Experience in operations support, project coordination, or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience creating or maintaining SOPs or process documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
